Affiliates
Members of Samfés can become the social centers and youth centers operating according to Art. Article 1 Youth Act 70/2007 and offer organized and open youth and leisure activities according to Art. Article 3 of the Samfés Act. Today there are 125 member members of Samfés.
Social center
Requirements for experience or education in the field of leisure, at least with the boss.
That there is a lifelong learning program available.
When opening a social center, the aim is to have at least two employees on duty at each time.
Contracts and insurance should be ensured and that an employee has a contract of employment.
All employees of social centers as well as others involved in the business must have a clean criminal record.
The social center shall be open at least twice a week outside of school hours over the year of operation.
Adolescent democracy shall be used and aimed at having social centers operate a youth council or other similar democratic forum for adolescents.
Collaboration but still a clear distinction between schooling and social centers.
Work on prevention and upbringing goals that are consistent with the objectives of the association.
Equal access for everyone to a social center.
Youth houses and other activities 16+
Requirements for experience or education in the field of leisure, at least with the boss.
That a lifelong learning program is available and the education and training of the employees/volunteers involved in the job should be ensured.
When the youth house is open, the aim is to have an employee/ and or volunteer on duty at any given time.
Contracts and insurance should be ensured and that an employee has a contract of employment.
All employees as well as others involved in the business must have a clean criminal record.
Youth houses shall be open at least. twice a week outside of school hours over the year of operation.
Youth democracy shall be used and aimed at the youth centers operating a youth council or other similar democratic forum for young people.
Collaboration but nevertheless clear separation of schooling and youth houses.

The purpose of this recommendation is to further strengthen and improve the quality of work in social centers and youth centers within Samfés.
