Educational material and Quality indicators

The third milestone of the project is led by the Directorate of Education in Iceland. In this part of the project a common Nordic material for future use in schools with quality indicators for future work on world goals 4.7 at all school levels will be made. Taking into account young people’s proposals and the results of a survey on the state of implementation of world goals 4.7. The Directorate of Education will be working in close cooperation with colleagues in the Nordic countries and Samfés Youth Work Iceland, using information and results from the mapping and dialogue of young people for the publication of a common Nordic content with quality indicators on world goal 4.7 at all school levels.
Both of the Samfés youth councils, with young representatives from all over the country aged 13-16 and 17-25 will be actively involved in creating the content.
Andri Már Sigurðsson from the Directorate of Education will lead this part of the project.
